Product Description

This single screw plastic pipe extrusion production line can produce pe/ppr pipes of various diameters and thicknesses,it has advanced plastic extrusion technology and cooling calibration technology. The entire extrusion production line can collocation a PLC control system which interface to achieve the synchronization function and the winding machine.

At the same time, we can also have coextrusion machines to produce color coded pipes, double-layer and three-layer pipes. Different customized schemes can meet various needs of customers.

PE PP pipe: PE pipes are usually use for Urban water supply,Natural gas and gas transmission,Food chemical industry,Ore and slurry transportation,Replacement of cement pipes, cast iron pipes and steel pipe.

PPR pipes are widely used in construction, municipal, industrial and agricultural fields such as building water supply and drainage, urban and rural water supply and drainage, urban gas, electric power and optical cable sheath, industrial fluid transmission and agricultural irrigation.
