CO-KNEADER:

This unique feature enables them to knead the materials extensively. Consequently, co-kneaders achieve higher temperatures and better homogenization of the plastics.
DOUBLE-SCREW EXTRUDER:
Compared to single-screw extruders, double-screw extruders achieve better results in terms of material conveying, melting, and mixing due to their rotational and directional reverse movement.
GEAR PUMP:
It is a positive displacement pump that consists of two gears, namely, the driving and the idler gear. When the driving gear turns, the idler gear turns, and the liquid gets pumped out. The working principle of a gear pump is to create cavities between the two gears and then pump the liquid by continuous rotating, hence extruding the liquid plastic out.
MONOBLOCKS:
The main components of a mono block extrusion machine include an extrusion unit, die, cooling tank, clamp unit, cutting unit, and control panel. As the name suggests, a mono block machine is unique because all of its parts are made from a single block of material. The die in a mono block extrusion machine is made directly into the machine.
MUELLER MACHINE:
The roll change in a Mueller machine is very easy and does not take long. Generally, around four to five sections are produced in a Mueller machine. A liquid mixture is processed in the machine, which can include anything from oats to PVC pipes.

3. VACUUM PUMP SIZING WATER TANK:
According to the size of the pipe diameter, a multi-stage vacuum system can be equipped to ensure the quality of pipe forming and production speed. Due to the use of a reasonable water circulation high-pressure cooling water system, a vacuum adjustment device, and a water temperature automatic control system, a high-precision tin bronze sizing sleeve provides a strong guarantee for the high speed and high output of the speed machine.
4. VACUUM COOLING WATER TANK:
The long cooling system ensures the cooling of the pipe, and the advanced pipeline system shortens the cooling length.
5. TRACTION MACHINE:
The special integral transmission device avoids the asynchronism of independent transmission, and the advanced pressure adjustment system can adjust the traction force. It has the characteristics of low pressure and large traction force. It is controlled by a frequency converter and the traction speed is steplessly adjustable.
6. CHIPLESS CUTTING MACHINE:
